This is the start of a new year, a new decade. What will you do to make it count? As humans we always have to change or better ourselves. What we do not realize is that every experience we go through had already made some changes for us mentally, emotionally or physically. As someone who has experienced quite a lot from a young age and learnt from the bad and the good. I will try to let my experiences pave the way for a new me, which means that old me is influencing new me. The best way to change for the new decade/ year is to be yourself and just implement things in your life that will give you an upgrade from old you, do not try to be someone else trust me it will not last and you will regret the efforts. In my understanding life is how you survive and regenerate from a bad cut not how you will hide and cover the scar. Use your scars as a way to remember the fight and how hard you fought. That being said I want to share some of my upgrades. I want to implement a healthier diet more veggies, less crabs, drink more tea less coffee and lots of water. Being more mindful will help me to live a better life, to be more content. Mediate and try yoga, being active overall will help me to be the old adventurous me. I want to travel so that I can be more educated about the world and diversity. Capture moments not only by being in the moment, but by snapping a few pictures. Push myself to do more when my anxiety is stopping me. Get help for my depression and focus more on the things I love. Use the creative gift that was given to me. An upgrade can be as simple as finishing a book but we will persevere and make our changes because our sanity and life depends on it. Thank you for reading….
